- We may share limited information with Sellers (Customers) to the extent necessary to facilitate and complete auction transactions, such as the Winning Bidder's name and contact information for item delivery and ownership transfer.
- We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processors, cloud hosting providers, email delivery services, and analytics tools. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes for which it was shared.
- We may disclose your information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same level of data protection.
